what it all has in common: excitement and awareness about technology, the future and the potential for change

As Technology Director at Tellart Amsterdam, I oversee the technology integration of interactive immersive experiences—from initial design through execution. I lead projects that bring the digital into tangible form, crafting installations that engage with our environment in profound, often unexpected ways.

I've served as Lead Technologist for major World Expo pavilions including the Netherlands and Philippines pavilions for Osaka 2025, and the UAE pavilion for Dubai 2020. My personal work includes projects like (un)natural augmentations and (un)natural intelligence, exhibited at The Grey Space Den Haag, Cinekid Amsterdam, and Kunsthal Artphy. Work that engages with nature using technology. My work explores ideas of adaptation, interconnectedness, and alternative intelligences—blurring the line between natural systems and technological innovation.

As a member of the creative technology community, I co-founded Creative Coding Amsterdam and Live Coding Sessions, organizing meetups and workshops for enthusiasts. I also perform live myself, creating interactive graphics and visuals using P5LIVE.

exploring intimacy in a technological age

Motivated by the rise of female founders and a shifting landscape in pleasure technology, I have been exploring sex technology since participating in the Sex Tech Hackathon at Goldsmiths, University of London in 2016.

I develop and facilitate workshops where participants disassemble and analyze vibrators — understanding the technology, exploring how devices work, and modifying them to suit their own preferences. These sessions demystify sex tech, promote agency, and encourage open discussion around sexuality and technology. My workshops and hackathons have been hosted at international art and technology platforms including Arse Elektronika, NODE Forum, and the Porn Film Festival Vienna.

I also use sex technology within live coding performances, transforming biometric data and intimate devices into performative material. Alongside this, I explore AI-driven projects that challenge taboos around pleasure technology and create data visualizations mapping the landscape of intimacy products. My work has been featured in publications such as VICE, SexTechGuide, and The Next Web.
